Payment Confirmation
When the payment is done, our agents will send you the official receipt along with the ticket or voucher via mail. This will serve as your receipt or e-ticket to the particular service you have chosen upon doing the booking. The receipt will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment
Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel or change any of the details of your booking you can write to us at support@creativetraveldxb.com
Creative Travel cancellation charges:
• Air ticket – In addition to the airline charges, Creative Travel will charge AED 50 per passenger for each cancellation or modification. The cancellation pr modification request must be received at least 48 hours prior to the travel date
• Hotel booking – In addition to the hotel cancellation charges, Creative Travel will charge AED 50 per passenger for each cancellation.
• Visa and other services – Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstance including no-show, no response from the customer.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 24hrs from the receipt of the cancellation request; however, it could take a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
